it sucks
This is a carbon-block type filter,and they dont work well for warm or hot water.Its better to get a granular-media filter with KDF or similiar material.Carbon-block filters are okay for drinking water but not hot shower water.On the other hand,if you dont mind cold showers,then it might work.The claim of 95% chlorine removal is also exaggerated,although it might manage 70-80% with cold showers.I recommend Aquasana,its kind of pricey but it works as claimed.

Where did the water go?
The filter worked ok the first few days of use.It definitely effected the water pressure, but not too terrible.After 2-3 days, the water slowed to a drip.Don't waste your money, it's definitely not worth it.

It sucks.
Living in an area where the city puts so much chlorine in the water that you have to practically buy body lotion in bulk makes a showerhead-mounted water filter a good idea. However, this one in particular sucks. Within the first week the cartridge inside swelled up and clogged from the use of hot water, and reduced the outflow of water to a mere drizzle. I have to routinely take the shower filter off, take the cartridge out and rinse it out with cool water every 3 days so it will work. And the unit is only a month old. Pathetic. It's less trouble just to return it and use more lotion.

Space limitations
This item will only work if you have plenty of room from the end of the shower arm to the wall.I have purchased and returned this item because the only way for it to go on properly would have required replacing and therefore lowering the shower arm. ... Read more
