Making reviews happen
Wanting to set up a formal process to make reviews happen in a medical office with 7 doctors and 28 staff persons was a big wish of mine. After a little learning curve delay of how to set up forms, and training supervisors to not mess with my computer, I got them to begin the process with more content and less subjectivity than in years before. Using the word processor to tailor responses was a little "clunky", but it churned out decent reviews formatted for our organization. Not a bad deal. I purchased this product in order to print checks on blank check paper IN ONE PASS from Quicken. Worked a few times then problems developed. I emailed tech support and received automated answers even though I requested a real person. I kept receiving the same answer even though I changed my questions. Finally, emails to the company were returned as undeliverable. I sent a fax which was not answered. This company has a great idea (printing checks on blank check paper in one pass) but the programming is very poor and the support is virtually non-existant.

It's a great tool
I've noticed a few others haven't liked this program.All I have to say is that I found it to be a usefull tool.I was completely blocked when I started looking for a job after three years.I had only a really old resume (somthing that was great for entry level..but not for someone who's been in the work force for awhile).This software allows you to keep your job search organized.I love the fact that you can customize each resume and letter.Heck I used this program to write my cover letters, thank you letters and my letter of resignation.

It won't do the work for you and like anything you get what you put into it.But I found this one to be a keeper and I reccomend it to anyone who's having a little problem getting started on your job seach...HAPPY HUNTING!Oh and I started my new job on Monday at a nice pay raise... ... Read more
