Don't buy it
I type this message as I have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for technical support.The access code they gave me to use the program does not work.This is my third day waiting for someone to call me back.Info USA in my opinion is very poorly run.They hardly care about satisfying a customer or providing users with a manual or better help desk.I am seeking a refubd and will never use them again

Power Finder 2.1
I can't say this program was a complete disappointment because I never got to see if it works. It wouldn't load. Neither would the second copy. And my retailer was tearful when I turned down his offer of a fourth copy to try. There's no manual and the vendor's web site has no software updates nor any links to technical help. I guess the vendor isn't interested in satisfying customers. No matter. With products like this the vendor won't be around long enough to worry about satifying customers. I'll find what I need from some other source.

Ordering this product has been a disappointment. It's disturbing to pay and not get an instruction booklet and have to tab through advertisements to get into the program.

Yes you can turn the ads off, but you only learn of that option after you scroll through the online help menu.

A hotel in my residential neighborhood?
I'm actually 43 years old, but didn't want to take the time to sign up.Actual rating for this product: NO stars.A research group solicited my involvment with an interview group in Houston, TX, and used this program to produce maps to the interview location, a hotel on the north side of the city (presumably, the same maps were sent to all participants).Although the address was listed correctly, the map showed the hotel in the middle of a residential neighborhood south of Houston, approximately 30 miles away!It's a good thing I did my own research rather than rely on this map.I wonder how many of the other participants missed the interview because of this map?
Sorry, but with all the available technology out there, there is no excuse for this.

Avoid -- ridiculously inaccurate and out-of-date
This product's About page states that map data is from 1998, but their information was out of date even then. Let's take their map of Seattle, the city I know best.

1) Interstate 90 is shown as being a surface freeway for its entire length, with on- and off-ramps at Martin Luther King Way and 35th Ave. S. To begin with, it never was a surface freeway through Mount Baker. Originally, it ran in a tunnel under Mount Baker to the lake. In the early 90's a few more blocks were put underground, and the two interchanges mentioned above were closed. West of Martin Luther King Way, the product represents I-90 as it used to be, with the freeway being carried on surface streets. This hasn't been the case for over ten years and Streets USA had ample time to get correct data for their product.

2) They locate Magnolia Bluff smack in the middle of Interlaken Park. Needless to say, it's nowhere near Interlaken Park.

3) They locate Broadway (the neighborhood) at the corner of Franklin and Galer. Broadway is in fact located along...you guessed it...Broadway, on top of Capitol Hill, not at its base.

4) They locate University Village in the UW's wildlife preserve area along Union Bay.

5) Ah, Tacoma's close enough to Seattle to count. There, they still have SR-16 routed along city streets, instead of its own freeway, which has been the case for I don't know how long, but well before 1998 in any case.

Need I go on? With so many inaccuracies and out-of-date depictions in the Seattle-Tacoma area alone, I can only imagine how many errors this product contains as a whole.

To top it off, it doesn't even look good. They make the unfortunate style decision of using the direction abbreviations Ne, Nw, Se, Sw instead of NE, NW, SE, SW. Try Microsoft Streets & Trips instead--it's not perfect, but it's better than this.

No directions!
I got this software thinking that, like most mapping software, it would allow me to print directions between two points. It does not. The maps are adequate but the number of features and the ease of use are pretty terrible.

Wish I read these reviews
This is completely useless software.Gives less features than any free online yellow pages service.I was hoping to enter in SIC codes and export a calling list.(Understandable since it advertises on the box *CREATE LISTS FOR DIRECT MAIL AND TELEMARKETING*)You can only look up a business by its name.I thought, well I'll look up all businesses with the word HONDA in them, but you can only look up by what the business name starts with.USELESS,....

Very disappointing!
This software was very disappointing to me.InfoUSA indicated to me that it was the replacement for thier 88 Million Households disc.That program had the capacity to search by address and this one does not.It is a real misconception and I could not achieve my goals with it.

30 Businesses at a Time!
I would have thought that you could search for "Bagel Stores" and get 250 listings and EXPORT THEM AS A TEXT FILE.Not with this software.You cannot Highlight or Print more the 30 Businesses at a time, YOU CAN'T EXPORT ADDRESSES, YOU CAN'T PRINT TO A FILE.

Love the Greyhounds
Love the greyhounds, although my wife didnt like the tv ad with the greyhounds chasing the rabbits. Poor rabbits.

As Advertised
Firstly, I was impressed that they were willing to ship to me in the UK.
I was looking to target North American accountants, and they had a huge list (although im pretty sure all list sizes are roughly the same).
Really enjoyed reading the content that came with (us british do things differently so i wanted a feel for the NA way).
Got quite a bit of bites from my campaign and was overall very pleased. Buy it if you are comparing this to any other lead generation software.

super tool
I saw an ad for this product in home office magazine and was curious. Checked out the site. Company is certainly taking a new approach to sales leads, by focusing on the small business at a price nobody else is touching. I bought the product (the one with 3500 prepaid listings) and ended up buying more (about 1500) so in hindsight, I would have better off buying the more expensive of the two, and paid a little less per lead...but nonetheless, I really found it a to be a super tool. The CD basically takes you to their website where you can search for and download data. Very easy to use, and the best part of the process with dealing with customer service. They really seemed to care about the success of my campaign...helped me pinpoint the exact group of companies I was targetting and even helped me with the direct mail component. great cd-rom
I used this product to conduct a telemarketing campaign. Out of 500 calls I made, I got 15 bad numbers. This was very impressive. Most lists I have used in the past are not this accurate. I had good success. I would use them again.
