A safety must if you're washing baby and children's clothing
I saw a demonstration recently on using LIQUID fabric softeners on children's clothing or anything clothing and you wouldn't believe how fast they went up in smoke!There's something in the chemical formulation of the liquid fabric softeners that causes the clothing articles to just ignite.However, using the dryer sheets had the opposite effect - it retarded the flames.Interesting, huh?Anyway, this stuff is really fantastic. I buy these for the scent but they always work TONS better than buying an off-brand in the store.Great, great scent and now I can sleep better knowing that the flammability of the liquid isn't on my children's clothing. ... Awesome!
I love this stuff!It makes everything in the wash smell just wonderful and it takes down the static cling.I use this with the Clean Breeze Tide and it's just a fantastic mix.I've used it ever since it came out - I was growing tired of the Mountain fresh scent, especially since they changed it after it first came out.Anyway, I think Downy doesn't glunk up in my automatic dispenser as much as other brands do so that is the main reason I just started using Downy only.Oh, and be sure and try those new scents - the special ones like Vanilla and Jasmine.Boy, are they awesome!Great stuff! ... Great scent, great softener
Downy is just the best, in my opinion.Plus, it doesn't clog up that little dispenser in my washer as much as other softeners do.This scent is wonderful and compliments the corresponding Tide scent quite well.Plus, it does great on static cling in the winter.Highly recommend! ... Read more

Be aware that there's some confusion on this item. I ordered this because the blurb above clearly says 6 boxes per carton each box containing 160 sheets. The order arrived promptly. However what we got was one box of 160 sheets!
