Not just for dual xeon motherboards!
The description can be kinda misleading. Plenty of regular Pentium 4 moterboards now require "EPS12V" power supplies instead of the regular "Pentium 4 ATX" power supplies.

I am using an Antec Truepower 550 EPS12V PS with my Supermicro P4SCA motherboard and a 2.4 Ghz Pentium 4 CPU with 800 Mhz FSB and hyperthreading.

You can't get a better power supply than this one. Just looking at the quality of the cables and connectors set this one apart from cheap taiwanese power supplies. It's very silent, too. ... Read more

I ordered this power supply for my Avocent SwitchView KVM.The product I received, however, was not the SVPS-AM, but rather an imitation.Much worse, the ps was the wrong voltage and amperage!Upon receipt, I immediately called Avocent directly and was told that what I had was not the correct part and that using it could damage the KVM.I'm not sure if Office Depot was trying to cheat me or if this was an honest mistake, but I can say that when I called to arrange for return, there was no apology offered.I recommend avoiding Office Depot.
