I returned mine.Customer support was awful.There was the endless loop of the automated voice mail and the passing through 6-7 different persons who were supposedly able to help, but kept passing me to the "right" technical support.

I use this most every day on my Palm Vx. It's relaced my old paperback dictionary that finally fell apart (after 20 years). It's slightly clunky at times, but more useful than not. I particularly like how the software saves the list of words you've looked up, since I like to reference back to them occassionally. A Compromise
I had ordered Handmark SCRABBLE/MONOPOLY CD FOR PALMOS from OfficeDepot, but they didn't have it so they sent me this game instead... without contacting me. They don't offer refunds to amazon.com customers but if I can catch it before someone at home opens the box, I can "refuse shipment" aka, take it to a UPS store and have them send it back.

I came here to see if it was worth the 21.95 that I paid for the monopoly game. It sounds like it might be a good solitare game, so I might keep in instead of driving to the UPS store, but I still don't have the product I wanted which makes this game less fun for me.

To sum up, buy this game if it sounds good to you, but if you have to go through Office Depot / Tech Depot (same store) be warned you might not get what you expect.

Poor Office Depot customer service
I ordered 10 minutes ago, but changed my mind. Now I can't cancel without wasting a bunch of time. Thanks for nothing Office Depot customer support. 10 minutes ago... it hasn't even been shipped yet. I have to physically wait for the order just to refuse it. Now I have to track the order everyday then go home from work just to wait for the Fed Ex person. Sorry in advance when I waste your time and refuse the order Fed Ex person.

Office Depot doesn't let you change your mind without penalties. I thought customer service is key in retailing. Is it that hard to delete an incomplete transaction? Amazon doesn't seem to have this problem. How many people have ever changed their mind on a purchase? That's some really good customer service Office Depot. Well, I'm sure I won't ever have this problem again.

Note that this is ONLY for Palm! Doesn't run on a PC!
I only saw the "Mac OS, Windows 95 / 98 / Me", and not the "Play the most popular solitaire games on your Palm". It doesn't run on PCs.

I was very disappointed with this game. From the time I put it on my visor, things did not work correctly. In trying to play the games, it would not always show the aces after you placed them so you were left guessing which suites were what. Movement was erratic and I repeatedly got error messages. DataPilot for Sony Ericsson-Does it work, or just a fiction
Bought this product about a month back for my Sony/Ericsson T616. But I did not realize, that I am paying for half functional product. Only think is working with the base version: 3.1 is the address book, and rest of feature does not work at all. Contact Susteen (Software manufacturer), and was told to upgrade to the latest version. Then I had a error installing latest version - contacted Susteen again, and was told how to by pass the error. Installed the latest version, and some of the feature start working half. Such as downloading picture from your camera. I cann see the files from the software, but cannot save them in my computer. Contacted the vendor again, and got reply after two weeks, that it will be fix in the Version: 3.3.
