Easy As 1-2-3
I was a bit wary after reading some of the reviews here, but decided to treat them like movie reviews and tried it myself.
This product was sooooo easy to use. I installed the software on my HP laptop in no time, and designed five labels.
I printed them, used the stomper and voila- even a child could do it.
The only drawback is you have to be careful when you reposition the text boxes. I printed one or two labels where the words ran off onto the waste section, but otherwise it was great. A steal at the price, really!

Mac software does not work *at all*
I bought it assuming the labeling stating Mac compatability was true.The software crashes every 5 seconds and is so far behind the PC version it's a joke.There is no download for any update on the website except for PC.The Mac version is at 3.4.2, while the PC version is up to 5.I had to build my own template in Illustrator.Nice labels, guys, but thanks for nothing.

Looks pretty but ruins discs
I've used CD Stomper for well over two years and I can attest that it is very easy to use.The software is intuitive and the labels look amazing on the CD (especially if you use the glossy labels with photographic level images.)I am a self proclaimed neat-nick and these labels have really dressed up my audio CD backups, software archive discs and DVD discs.Until recently I have been a devoted CD Stomper user and advocate.

BEWARE!The glossy labels will warp the disc over time.I've never used the thinner, matte labels so have no experience with them or their archival quality.I went to view a DVD archive that I had labeled about 18 months ago and the discs are warped beyond usability.Thinking it must be inferior media (Datawrite brand) I started to check my archived discs and older audio CDs.The media brands of these other discs include: Maxell, Memorex, Philips, Sony, and Verbatim.They all are exhibiting the warping to varying degrees all based on age.The longer the label is affixed to the disc, the more it will warp it.When pealing a label off the backing before it is applied you will notice an extreme curve toward the printed side.Who would guess that a piece of paper could exert enough force to bend a plastic CD?

You'll never go back to writing again!
For years, I've labeled my CDs/DVDs with a permanent marker. Now that I've ventured out and bought a CD/DVD labelmaker, I'm stunned at the results! It's very simple to follow the instructions given, or just trying things out 'trial and error'. Nothing's simpler than just putting in an image either you've made or a CD/DVD label you download online, then you press print and stick the label on the applicator and press! Viola - instant labels!

The only thing I've found is that all the labels included are matte/paper quality, anything more than that like glossy/photo quality is very expensive! Matte quality is standard and decent enough. I recommend having at least a good inkjet printer if you're going to print photos on the labels, they do soak up ink!

I highly recommend this product, it's quite addictive once you get the hang of it!!!

Mac software might not work for you
I find the product is usable on Mac OS 10.1.5
It crashes on opening in Mac OS 10.3
It has a few bugs, but I am very pleased by my final results.

20 pounds of great paper!
I love this paper, but isn't 20 pounds a bit too much paper?

Good, but maybe 6 or 7 sheets more would have been better
Lets get started! Everybody needs paper, even indians in peru ands people with no hands. why? Becauase at this price youd be an idiot not to buy it!! I thought it would cost so much to buy 500 sheets of paper, maybe in the region of $60-70. Think about it, 500 pages, thats nearly half of a thousand! If youre really awesome (unlikely) you could actually use the pages to write a book then sell it for $100 and be rich like Stephen Kang. I used most of the paper to print anti terrorist propaganda, not becauase i dont like terrorists, but cause i wanted to use up all 500 pages so i could buy more! But i digress, the only issue i had with the paper was that it comes in multiples of 100, something that ihave an inherent fear of. Oh and also ,its called multi purpose paper but it isnt really all that multi purposeful. Like yeah, you draw on it (check out my pencil reviews for the best one!!) but the paper cant be used to, say, fuel a lawnmower, or build a beautiul living russian bride etc. All in all, i was super pleased with this product, i really think paper>>> rainforests all the way after experiencing Hewlett-Packard (wot a name!! lol) Multipurpose paper, 81/2inx11in,20lb,92brightness,Ream of 500 sheets. Great alternative to photo paper
We used to print our marketing literature on glossy photo paper (architecture firm, lots of pictures).Tried this paper and loved it.The pictures are just as crisp with only a very slight color difference from the glossy paper, and it's about 75% cheaper.

Good for Crafts and Photo Projects for school
Think about it. The paper is 100 sheets for 11 dollars. That's VERY inexpensive for photo paper. I used this paper to make nice wrappers for around Hershey's candy to make favors for a 50th wedding anniversary. It is also great for making photo pages for the sports teams memory books. It is thin enough to not make the pages bulky, but thick enough to not let colors bleed through. I use it with an HP printer and it works great. I don't own an Epson, so I could not say how it works. I do know that it works great for sending a collage of photos to several people as it is inexpensive and the thickness makes it easy to fold into and envelope.(I did just that for Christmas cards) I would not use this for making long lasting photos, but if you want a better quality page than normal paper, this is the route to go!

Disaster with an iron
Don't try to use this product with an HP printer, or using a dark t-shirt. I used a simple two tone image printed with a HP Photosmart 7660. While the image on the paper was clear when printed, and I was able to get the paper aligned correctly prior to printing, the final product was horrible. When I peeled back the paper what was left on the dark green shirt was a mess. The image was dim, the residue that remained on the shirt looked like some sort of disease. The final result was the creation of three paint rags, since the images were so bad I wouldn't even wear them to take out the trash. If you need to have a few custom shirts take your image to a local printer and don't bother with this product. What you waste in ruined shirts more than offsets the cost of having the job done right.

excellent color transfer
I need to put images and text on three t-shirts, and having an Epson Photo 890 printer, I naturally ordered the Epson iron-on transfer paper. I was surprised at the color quality of the image transfer - it's really good. For the text, I had to be sure to flip it horizntally before I printed it, so that it wouldn't be backwards on the shirt. I forgot once, but luckily it was on a practice shirt. Overall, I'm happy with the results, and I'll bet when we wear the shirts for an upcoming event, people will be surprised I did it myself.

Works well for the price and ease
The print itself looks great, but when you cut it out and iron it on your white t-shirt, you can see the white background and it looks pretty amateurish.It also has a rather slick feel to it, but I guess most transfers do.It probably wouldnt look very good at all on a t-shirt other than white.But for a quick way to make one or a few custom t-shirts, its very easy, and will get ok results.Try it out, but use a new, white t-shirt.

good product overall
i just wanted to add that in addition to what everyone has said already, beware that this product rips easily. if you stretch the shirt a little, then your design will become ripped.you also want to do a practice iron on an old shirt just to get acquainted with what part you peal off. hope this helps.

Solid product that requires attention to the instructions
I finished my first tshirt using the Epson product today.Unlike some reviews I had read, your first attempt need not be an "experiment".Just follow the instructions provided and be sure you understand how to load the product into your printer.

The colors are somewhat muted and the white tshirt does seem to show within the pattern to some degree.It will not produce the equivalent of a silk-screen process, but the end product is reasonably good given the price. ... Read more

HP Premium Photo Paper Matte....
I got this photo paper with my All-In-One 2110 HP copier, scanner, and printer. This paper is the best. The photos look like professional ones. I've bought other matte paper claiming to be great for photos, but they are nothing more than thicker paper and the pictures don't look like photo prints at all. I will never use anything else but this HP paper for my photos. They turn out so great, that I can frame them and hang them on a wall! I highly recommend this paper to anyone who wants quality photos!

Finalle a matte photo paper that is actually photo matte!
I have bought several other "quality" matte photo papers that are nothing more but a sheeny paper, stopping short of glossy.Or else just a heavier paper, but not photo like at all.This HP premium PLUS photo paper provides QUALITY matte photos.Like the real thing, only immediate at your own home rather than the store.I used the HP 7550 photo printer and print pictures that are top of the line photo quality.I will never use another paper again for photos.It's definitely worth the extra cost.

Quality paper
I got this paper with my hp psc 2210 all in one printer fax scanner and copier and it worked great. Nice thick paper and i printed a photo on it and turned out excellent - looked as good as the original picture or better. Very clear and nice. Highly Recomended.

Use This If You Have A Canon Printer
I use this paper with my Canon i850 printer and Canon's free Easy-PhotoPrint software to print out vibrantly-colored, glossy photos of all my vacations.The key feature is that the paper dries instantly, even the black areas, making them smear-free & easy to store in clear sheet protectors.Just choose "Photo Paper Pro" as your paper when using the Easy-PhotoPrint software & let the printer do the rest.I could never store pictures I printed out on Kodak papers because they never totally dried.

No need to buy expensive printer brand papers
I'm sure most of you know that the photo papers from your printer manufactures are rather expensive in comparision to others. I currently use a Canon i9900 printer and the prints I get from Ilford are fantastic. Quality is such a subjective opinion, but to me Ilford's Galerie Smooth Gloss paper is just as good as Canon's but at a lower price.

Another good brand is Fujifilm's Premium Plus. It has sort of a textured look on the surface of the paper, which makes your pictures appear sharper when you are farther away but the texture is noticable if you get real close. It's great for pictures that are hung on the wall because it's sharp even farther away, but for viewing less than an arm's length stay with Ilford's Galarie Smooth Gloss.

There's no need to buy expensive Canon/HP/Epson paper ever again.Just make sure to read the included suggested printer settings for your manufacture.

Terrific paper
I own an Epson R300.Have used Epson Premium Glossy 4X6, Kodak Premium 4X6 and Ilford Glossy 8 1/2 by 11.Epson Premium Glossy is superb.Kodak Premium is unacceptable.Ilford Glossy is superb. Being able to buy large quantity of Ilford at reasonable price means I will continue to use the Epson for 4X6 and the Ilford for 8 1/2 by 11.You can't go wrong with the Ilford.Inks are dry when printer finishes.

The Ilford Printasia is a cheaper peace of paper and you happen to see the difference when you have the results right next to each other. It appears somewhat lither in color with slightly less contrast compared to the Smooth Gloss. It is also somewhat thinner than the other afore mentioned papers. Still a pretty competitive product regarding the price.
The Canon Matte is as the name tells you not glossy at all. I would only recommend it when you convert your picture with digital darkroom technique to a kind of painting and than print it on this pice of paper to give it a painting like appearance. Other than that I wouldn't recommend it. Now on the CompUSA product. Don't let me even comment on it. It's a shame that a company wiht a good reputation puts out paper like this regardless the price. It doesn't dry and only smears the jets. Stay away!!!

great paper, but not what I wanted
Fantastic output from the Epson 960 printer on this paper, but I bought it thinking I could print borderless 8x10's.This option was not supported by the printer -- need to print 8x10 on 8 1/2 x 11 paper, then trim it.

The size doesn't work for the printer
I bought this paper for the Epson 890 printer.The printer I love, the paper, I don't.This size paper isn't entered in the printer software that comes with the printer.There is no borderless 8x10 paper setting.You can manually select the size and check borderless, but the printer thinks its 8.5x11 and if you selected to print an 8x10 with your picture software the printer adds a border to 3 sides and cuts off the picture on the fourth.I played around with various paper sizes and printer options but with no improvement.

This was very dissapointing.I bought 8x10 photo paper because I wanted 8x10 borderless photos, once you trim the shots down, they are no longer standard sizes for putting in picture frames.If you want 8x10 shots, buy the 8.5x11 borderless paper and trim.Its the only way to get a standard sized picture.

Also, I wouldn't recommend 8x10 shots for digital photo printing.Unless you have a very high Megapixel count, the pixels are spread too wide on an 8x10 and there is visable dithering or pixelation.I have a 3.1 camera, and I have noticed some dithering, you can see the pixels or dots from the camera.

Not supported on the Epson 2200 printer
Although this product is listed as an accessory for the Epson 2200 printer, it is NOT SUPPORTED by this printer's driver.

The types of paper supported by the 2200 are:

Plain Paper
Premium Luster Photo Paper
Premium Semigloss Photo Paper
Premium Glossy Photo Paper
Enhanced Matte Paper
Velvet Fine Art Paper
Watercolor Paper - Radient White

Although other papers may work, the color profiles included with the printer and supported by the driver support ONLY the above listed papers.

Wow, great results
Believe me paper matters. When you put the wrong paper in your printer, you get very weird results.

P.S. This review was before I had used Kodak's One Touch to better Pictures.Please see my Kodak Paper review prior to making your buying decision.I was really impressed with what Kodak did.

REVIEW IS BASED ON USE ON THE EPSON 890:
When I bought my Epson 890, I bought several different packs of Epson paper, this 8 X 10 one, an 8.5 X 11 one and some 4 X 6 sheets as well as the roll paper. See my separate reviews on the others items (including the printer) also on this site, if you are interested in them. However, finally, I got around to trying the 8 x 10 paper. You see you wait until you have the perfect picture to do an enlargement.

NICE QUALITY IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT USES
It did not dissappoint. Wow, the colors were great. I took several types of pictures and different lighting and the result were great. Now that I've tried it I'm hooked. People who have seen the pictures first of all can't believe they are off an inkjet printer. Then they marvel at the color and sharpness of the photo.

PAPER AND PRINTER INTERATION:
One caution, those of you that think you can use any paper on any printer... Forget it. I had some paper from another supplier and when I used it on the Epson, the ghostly images were terrible. It seems not surprisingly that the printers are optimized for their papers. And to be honest, it is not worth the money to me to try a bunch of other manufacturer's paper only to find out the results would be bad.

EASIER TO FIND ON THE WEB THAN IN THE STORES:
This paper is easier to find on the net. I have looked in my usual spots for this paper off the web and considering not only computer, office supply and grocery stores it is just not out there.
