Paper great; Curls Not great
This is great paper for printing 4x6 pictures.I used it on my 785EPX and also on my 825.You can't tell the difference between photolab & the printed one. The quality is EXCELLENT.Unfortunately, you can't get the pictures to lie flat no matter what you do.I've laid heavy books on the pictures and the still pop-up.It's easier to use Epson 4 X 6 Borderless Photo Paper, same quality, but the pictures are flat.

Paper curl
Great paper.Convenient to print large numbers of prints. But, it comes off the roll curved and no amount of effort can straighten it.Wish it were not so.

Use the roll paper !
I use an Epson 1280.The prints are great.

In order to have borderless prints at 2880 dpi, your only alternative is to use the roll paper.If you want borderless prints and you use sheets, then you can only print at 1440 dpi. With the roll paper, you can achieve that at 2880dpi.That's why it is best to use the roll paper.

I have read some reviews here that complain about the curl of the paper.It is simple to correct this.I do my prints and then let them stay on a long roll for 24 hours to dry. Then you simply roll the paper in the opposite direction of the curl and then when you unroll, the paper is straight and ready to be cut.It's that simple.

Great quality, bad curl
I like the other reviewers had much luck with this paper.The quality is gorgeous, people can't tell that my prints are from a printer and not from a developer.I have an Epson 890 printer and a Kodak DX3900 3.1 Megapixel camera.

I did notice a couple of things, the colors come out much richer than they appear on the screen.It takes some playing around with the settings on the printer.Another thing is that prints look a little different right out of the machine then they do when they dry.And it does say to allow 24 hours to dry.

Some advice, cut the prints as you go, otherwise you have a 4 foot long curl and you have to touch all of the prints to seperate them for proper drying.

Also the curl is BAD.They give you a plastic sheet to wrap your photos in to unravel the curls but it takes two or three times to make them lay flat.Its like a poster, you have to roll it the wrong way to make the curl come out.I suggest waiting until the photos are dry and rolling them as tight as possible.Even then the curl isn't completely out for good.Its out enough to hang them on the wall (I hang mine with only one magnet). The ends curled up again a little after a couple of minutes but its not bad enough to make the photos separate themselves from the wall.

The quality is great, the prints are great, if you're going to mount them in frames or an album then you will have no problems.Even with the curl its not bad enough to make me not buy another roll.

Fantastic paper, looks great, but what a curl
I have used two whole rolls of this in my (new last year) Epson Photo 890 printer.I printed about ~40 Christmas photos last year and nobody could tell these were not professional prints.

You do have to read and remember the procedure to align the paper and the paper handling mechanisms, but that's to be expected.Also, it takes a little hunting to find the proper settings in all the print dialog setup windows, but it's pretty easy overall.

One complaint:it takes a lot of effort to get the curl out of the prints. ... Read more

great paper at a cost
This paper is thick and great quality, however the cost per sheet is quite high.On a hewlett Packard printer this prints a full picture with no border.The colors are more vivid than on cheaper paper.I use cheaper paper for initial copies and when I like a print I do it on this paper.It also lasts. ... Shockingly good prints
Used it with my Canon i960 printer and Digital Rebel.
Prints are stunning.Couldn't ask for more.Printed the same pictures on Kodak inkjet paper, and the Canon blew the Kodak paper away.

Stored in 8x10 vinyl binders and page protectors. I made the prints with at least one inch white borders, the one edge exposed to theair has yellowed up to about 1/2 inch in. The rest of the paper has remained unchanged and the image itself appears unchanged. 5x7 prints with no exposed edges have no yellowing....

Black and white darkroom RC prints in the same binder...snow white EDGES!!!

I am still keeping that B&W darkroom....

Great, but overpriced - other Canon paper just as good
I tested my new Canon i960 with a variety of papers. Like most printers, the output is MUCH better when using the manufacture's own paper (as opposed to the cheaper generic paper), but there is no need to buy the most expensive "Pro" paper as neither I nor my wife could discern ANY difference between it and Canon's "Photo paper pluss - glossy". There may be a benefit to the "Pro" paper that cannot be seen (lasts longer?) but at almost twice the cost it is not worth it - both papers will produce the highest quality prints on your Canon printer (I think they look better than the ones I get from the photo lab).

I didn't believe it, but it's true...
I was devout in my belief that I could get similar photo output from my Canon S800 with less expensive paper.I bought those big boxes of 100 sheets of Kodak's photo quality glossy from Costco.My prints were blotchy.Then I got my hands on some of Canon's Photo Paper Pro, and my pictures were magically crystal clear.The difference is amazing.I never would've thought paper would make this much difference.I've since bought Canon's 15 sheet packs multiple times.I now use the Kodak stuff for drafts or to give prints to people who don't care much about the quality of the output, while I save the Canon Photo Paper Pro for prints we want to frame.

Best Paper for Canon S9000

Length
The ink is great, though a bit difficult to put in compared to a smaller printer. The quality is great and it doesn't smudge. The only fault which i found with this ink cartridge was that it did not last very long. Though i print a reasonable amount each day, my former computer printed the same amount using less ink. If you want a fast printer then buy it. But if you want a printer that does not use alot of ink then don't buy it.

Great Paper But There's A More Economical Way...
All the HP card papers are great. But if you make a lot of cards, there is a more economical way, while still getting the great look of glossy cards.I did this for my first photo card, because I had no card paper.Simply buy some high quality 8 1/2 x 11 photo paper--like the HP glossy or the Kodak Ultima. The bigger the pack you buy, the more money you'll be saving.Next, buy some colorful 8 1/2 x11 paper in bold or pastel colors--or both.Print the front of the card on the photo paper.Print the message of the card on a colored sheet that goes well with your card photo.Attach the colored sheet to your photo sheet--in the right direction of course--with either folded or double-sided scotch tape or permanent glue that will not show through the paper.Then, carefully fold in half...and you'll have a beautiful photo card!(To make a quarter fold card, just print all on the glossy photo paper side and fold.)What about envelopes? Okay, if there are any greeting card envelopes here at Amazon, I can't find them!But Office Depot carries Columbian greeting card envelopes in both half fold size and quarter fold size.The ones you'll need for the 8 1/2 x 11 paper is the half fold, and the Office Depot number on that is #317358.They carry them in the stores and online.A box of 100 is less than $10!(Staples apparently also has greeting card envelopes in colors.)As I said, HP card paper is great, and it's the easiest, quickest way to make a card.But if you make a lot of cards, it's just not economical to buy a box of 10 cards and envelopes...not to mention, you have to keep buying box after box!

Glossy Greeting Card
This card makes a professional greeting card.I wish they would put together a package with more cards in it.Although it is expensive i feel its worth it.

I Love this Paper
I don't know why hp doesn't put this paper in a larger size.10 envelopes and 10 pages - I want to print all my cards on this paper - everything comes out gorgeous.This paper makes the cards look so professional as if you went to a card shop and bought them yourself.I received a sample of this paper in the mail and immediately bought 3 packs.A Great buy, I just wish there were more to a pack.

Not enough of a good thing
This paper is actually very good.I print on the HP1120C printer and the colours are fantastic on this medium.It is a little expensive and very inconvenient (only 10 to a pack).I have searched but cannot find larger packs.But for printing that card to a special someone, using the right software, this paper makes you look like a professional.Hallmark just might sue! :-) ...
