You get what you pay for!
These headphones were up and running in minutes with no messing. These headphones come with a usefull collection of bundled software including PerSono Audio Centre, L&H Voice Express 4, Roger Wilco, HearMe and Net2phone.
These headphones are great at doing what they are built for i.e. chatting whilst playing games, using voice recognition programs for hours on end in total comfort.
Although the sound is of an excellent quality under low to medium volumes they start to distort a lot if the sound is cranked up. If you are looking for a pair of headphones to blast out mp3 till your ears bleed then look elsewhere (sennheisser.com) If your after a set of headphones that letyou play games and chat without a loss of sound quality or that enable you to dictate for hours on end without realsing that you have a pair of headphones on your head then these headphones are for you.

Pro's: Lightweight, comfortable, well made, great sound quality and crisp, clear voice recording (my mates have noticed a big improvement in my voice clarity over Roger Wilco compared to when i used my LabTech headset (steer clear of LabTech, you get what you pay for i.e. 6 months of use until you loose sound in one side of your earphones.)

Con's: A little pricey, L&H Voice Express wouldn't work on XP Pro without downloading SAPI 4 from M$. I had to figure this out for myself as L&S don't seem to support VE4 anymore.

Great USB solution
This is a great unit. Digital USB headphones offer a step up in performance and flexibility from ordinary headphones. There is precise capability to adjust volume, treble, base, etc. The control software also comes with preset countours for voice and for music.

The sound quality is awesome.

I highly recommend these headphones.

Volume Range is Too Limited
I was excited to begin using my new ear-clip headset but quickly disappointed when I took my first call with it.I could barely hear the caller.So I turned the volume dial ALL THE WAY up and still could barely hear the caller.I'm not hard of hearing and have never had problems with other ear pieces or headsets.But the volume range is so limited that the only way you can hear the person on the other end of the line is to press the ear piece against your ear (which defeats the whole "hands-free" benefit) and shut yourself in a closet or other soundproof room and hold your breath while they speak, to eliminate all extraneous noises.Plus, the mute button is located on the same device as the volume control so it's easy to accidentally hit mute while adjusting the volume.This product was just unacceptable.The product was sold by a company called Dynadirect which then charged me a 15% restocking fee to return it!This is my first dissatisfactory experience purchasing on Amazon. ... Compatible with 5.8GHz phones
This headset works great with my AT&T 5840 5.8GHz handset.It states on the packaging that it is compatible with 900MHz, 2.4GHz, and 5.8GHz analog/digital phones.I can hear clearly and can be heard very clearly.The only negative is there is no volume control, the headband does not adjust, and the microphone cannot adjust to come closer or go further away from your face.That said, this headset works very well and I haven't been able to find any other headsets that state they are compatible with 5.8GHz phones.

As for the KX-TCA60 that everyone raves about, I bought it first based on the reviews and price.However, the TCA60 did not work with my 5.8GHz phone and the packaging states that it is compatible with 900MHz and 2.4GHz analog/digital phones only.This information is not on Amazon.com.

So if you have a 5.8GHz phone I would stay away from the TCA60 and go with the TCA86.It's a great by and works very well.

Excellent sound and usability
These headsets are awesome. I use one since July and my parents use another one for VoIP telephony over the internet. We use skype.com all the time for this. Excellent sound quality. I also listen to movies on it in the evening when my girl-friend is sleeping, or for music. Darth Vader is breathing down your neck... Great sound!!! So far no issues with cables. Great background noise cancellation for the microfone.

Good Product
I have used these for over 7 mths now, without problems.I have not have any trouble breaking the cords, but then again I am not a little kid who might have difficulty with this product.
Basically, they are simple and easy to use.
No complaints from this Medal of Honor fan.

Broken AGAIN
I have owned THREE of these (two of them have been ordered from Amazon) and all three have broken.They work well for a few months and then it shorts out so I can only hear in one ear, and eventually I can't hear at all.I love the style and the price is good, but in the end all I'm left with is a jumble of headsets in the trash.

Just horrible
I bought these headphones thinking they would be pretty decent because of the price.And they work great except for one thing.They should come complete with a roll of black electrical tape.I've had these for about a month now and the wire cover has split everywhere, exposing the wires inside.Now I'm not an expert in electronics, but I'm guessing this is a bad thing.So my advice to you is, if you decide to purchase these headphones, buy a roll of black electrical tape to go with them. ... sounds great, but the earclip has got to go
I am very surprised how well the microphone works without sounding distant or like a speakerphone.I've even tested it myself by calling a couple of my own different voice mail boxes and leaving messages.And no one on the other end during conversations has had any problem hearing me, or even seems to know that I am on anything other than a regualar handset.I use this headset with a Plantronics 900mhz wireless transmitter with handset lifter witha business phone system.Ironically, even the Plantronics rep advised against using one of the cell phone line of headsets with their office phone headset amplifiers, but didn't offer much reason why, maybe because they retail for $100 less.But I wanted something very small and simple to wear while I am on and off the phone at work.I will have to say the wirelss headset amp that I use does have different settings for both headset and microphone, so maybe I have it set just right to compensate for whatever difference there is between cordless phone and cell phone headsets , if there is any difference at all.All I know is that I havn't had to mess with the settings at all and it works excellent, no more trying to do a two handed job at work while holding a office phone handset in one hand or on my neck.As for the special ear hook design, I didn't like it.It's ok to wear for say less than 10 minutes, but any longer than that, and my ear would get sore from the inside and out, I guess because of the slight bit of pressure from the rubber ear hook.The hook also makes it a bit difficult to take in and out quickly with one hand when answering calls. But I liked the quality of the phone so much, I deciced to modify it.I ripped off the rubber ear hook, and ground the edge down smooth, so now I have a regualar earbud headset!Easy to take in and out and works excellent.

Wonderful
I have been using this headset for years. I even bought one for my wife and she loves it too. It is very comfurtable on the ear when driving. You leave it there and pull it down a bit when you get a call. I have tried dozens of headsets and this is the only one both my wife and I like.

Comfortable, decent voice quality
I purchased this headset earlier this year to use primarily at home.The design is comfortable for an in-the-ear device, and it stays in place quite well.The speaker sound quality is very good, but the microphone leaves something to be desired.When I use it outside on the street, my friends often cannot hear my voice, and even in a quiet room, people complain that it can be difficult to hear.

All in all, a useful headset.

Poor voice quality, microphone
While I like the form factor of this device, it has poor voice pick-up.I have an LG VX6000 with voice dial.I cannot voice dial with this headset--the poor voice quality does not allow the phone to recognize my instructions.*In order for a person to hear me clearly, I have to bring the mic over so it's right next to my mouth.

Also, the earbud "bands" continue to pop off--very poor design.It's fairly comfortable as far as earbuds go, but it's a pretty low-quality device.Skip this and buy something better.

Best "teardrop" design I've seen
