Nice multi pen but....
This is a nice multi pen.I keep it with my pda and it work s great.I hate having a bunch of pens in my bag so I bought two of these and they're all I need.A little hefty in the hand but it write with pen, pencil, or stylus with authority.
The only problem with the pen is the pocket clip.It broke off within the first week.But hey, who clips their pen to their pocket these days anyway!

Functional and refillable
The pen is indeed refillable, and takes regular ink cartridges and 0.5 pencil leads.The instructions for refilling are on the back of the package, and are easy to follow.

I'm used to writing with a smaller pen, so it was a bit of an adjustment at first, but the rubber grip is quite comfortable and the pen itself is light.The stylus tip is bright orange, so it's easy to distinguish between it and the pen.

I love the convenience of having one writing instrument that functions as a pen, pencil and stylus -- now I leave my regular stylus at home, and just clip the Sanford PhD to the case of my PDA.

All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.

YOU NEED THIS STYLUS!
I got this because the stylus that came with my pda was so small and easily lost.It is well designed and comfortable to use for hours of writing (homework).I love it.It's all I carry.

Blue?
I ordered a blue stylus.I got an orange one.So I thought, "maybe it's blue ink."

It's black.

Then I realized they meant that the actual pen was blue.

I get it.

Pretty useful pen for power palm users, but;

I can't figure out how to open it, so when the pen runs out, am I supposed to throw it away? It came, unencumbered by packaging, mailed in 2 foot by 2 foot box.No instructions or refills or anything but an invoice from the shipper. (In other words, they mailed me a ballpoint pen in a HUGE box filled with bubble wrap!)

LOVE THIS PEN
I am a nurse in a very busy ED and have had multipul hand surgeries it is painful to say the least to write at times this pen has given me back the ease of writing all over again

Just one draw back do not I repeat do not let anyone play with the pen again the device breaks easily when put in the write mode it retracts very easily after it is broken

Good Pen
I don't care how it looks, this pen is functionally proficient.When my local retailer stopped stocking them, instead of selecting an alternative, I held out and found another source for this specific pen.

Ugly but smooth
I agree with the other review that this pen is not the best looking. The clip at tail end should be less prominwnt. This aside, the gel ink flows very smoothly and dries more quickly than other gel pens. I disagree with the other review about the grip size. The G-2's grip is actually smaller and bulges out less than the BIC Velocity Gel pens. I find that this G-2 pen writes a bit smoother and darker than the BIC and is much more comfortable.

Feels clumsy
This pen has a lot of potential. It writes well with crisp lines and smooth, even ink flow. Unfortunately, the design is not very desirable. The rubber grip for the fingers is a bit too thick and I found it to be on the slippery side. The plastic pocket clip bulges out too far. Overall, the pen is not very aesthetically pleasing.
